How I self healed with the Quantum Language
of the Heart
My love affair with the Heart began over a decade ago, when I was diagnosed with a dis-ease that left me powerless to move my right arm; along with this major physical trauma, I struggled with severe headaches, digestive problems, insomnia and severe anxiety on a daily basis
When the dis-ease hit me, I felt so powerless not just because of the lost mobility, but also because I had to give up many of the things I loved, like going to the gym, meeting friends, dancing, and just being totally independent and carefree
As a result, I quickly became very depressed and contemplated taking my own live on multiple occasions
I became so frustrated and angry with myself and everyone around me, unable to understand how on earth I had not seen that coming, having always been very athletic and on the move with my job and social life.....
Then one day, physically exhausted and at a loss for explanations, I decided to ask my Heart just ONE question:
'ok, what is it that you need from me?'
That's when my Heart really opened up to me, and showed the quantum reality about me:
it showed me how the Body had altered and deteriorated with the things I had said to myself over the years, and with the thoughts and emotions that had been left unspoken for so long!
Thoughts of painful memories, low self-worth, loss, grief and rejection!
And because of these thoughts and beliefs, the sound of my spoken and unspoken words had left a imprint in the physical tissues of my Body, a resonance of frequency that my Body had mimicked into its dis-eased state to reflect my deep emotional wounds like a perfect mirror of reality!
That's when I stopped seeing the Body as the enemy, and I began seeing it as the key to heal my emotional wounds, and restore my physical health!
By changing the quality of my words I began healing my deeply buried emotional wounds, began seeing the changes in my Body as my Mind relaxed and felt more at peace, my energy levels surged, my sleep patterns improved, and finally began feeling more confident that now I was on the right path of recovery!
My aches gradually disappeared, and I regained full mobility of my right arm: that's when I began meeting people again, dating, and finally rejoined the local gym, knowing that I had tapped into my full potential to create my well-being and the life I desired!
One word at the time!

Week 1 - TRUST
We'll unlock your connection to the Heart energy, and amplify the Voice of your Intuition.
You’ll learn to address your anxiety, overwhelming thoughts and emotions, the physical aches and tension, as you learn to reset your nervous system with ease.
I'll share 3 powerful techniques to tune into the Heart frequency, connect to the Quantum Language of your Heart, and create calmness and inner peace in the space of just 15 mins!
Week 2 - PURPOSE
You'll strengthen the alignment to your Divine Self, your Crown Chakra!
You'll learn to connect to your Divine purpose, who you truly are and what you desire!
I will share a powerful method to channel your Higher Self to ask for guidance to your deepest questions, that will make you feel more connected to your Life Force energy and your Divine Power, and feel safe and confident as you do so.
You will also learn to clearly discern the messages from your Mind from those of your Intuition, as you release the overthinking, feel clearer in your head, and calmer in your Body.
Week 3 - VISION
We'll lay the foundations for a vision of the future that aligns to your Divine Purpose and the Voice of your Heart.
I will share 2 powerful methodologies to anchor yourself to this vision, and let go of the old beliefs!
This is where we begin the journey to gently uncover deep hidden shadows that hinder your ability to expand your awareness and perception of reality, as the Third Eye Chakra gets stimulated to build a new vision devoid of self-doubt and negative thinking.
Week 4 - INNER POWER
You’ll learn to strengthen your willpower to frame your intentions in the physical reality, by working with the Solar Plexus Chakra!
You’ll be guided to uncover old limiting beliefs related to low self-worth, lack of confidence and self-doubt.
You will learn effective methods of self-expression that will help you build more energy and confidence in your spirit to guide you, and that you can finally feel good in your Mind and Body about being you, and begin the journey of transformation by clearly asserting your willpower and desires!
Week 5 - CREATE
This is where you unlock your creative abilities by releasing the shadows in your sacral chakra!
You will learn to align the messages from your Heart and your Divine Guidance to the source of your creative Qi, the Life Force.
This is where your creativity will become unlimited, and also where you learn to look after your energy levels, as you go about creating synchronicities around the clock!
Week 6 - SELF-EXPRESSION
This is where you align your physical voice with the Voice of your Heart!
Your will lean 3 key strategies to deal with the shadows in your Throat Chakra, and how to realign your message to your emotions, in a way that you feel you speak your Divine purpose, and release any confusion surrounding your message!
You will learn to turn your physical voice into a powerful asset for more confidence and inner knowing, as you continue to speak from the Heart, and build more well-being and meaningful connections with the people around you.
Week 7 - TRANSFORMATION
This is where we bring it all together!
Your Physical Body is the most important body alongside your Heart Chakra, because that's where your reality takes place!
By now you would have worked on healing all the subtle bodies, and integrate them one by one back into physical alignment, where many of the emotional and physical shadows would have been identified and gradually released.
I will share a powerful integration method that will help you create energy, inner calmness, and most importantly the deeply rooted awareness you need to identify imbalances and misalignments going forward between your thoughts and your words, and resolve them!
The methods shared in the program comprise the use of words and verbal affirmations/commands, visualization techniques, breathwork, journaling, body movement and hand gestures

-Weekly LIVE Zoom sessions (lifetime recordings available) to cover the individual topics, and ask me any questions about your individual development

Eliana has the most soothing voice, it washes over you and makes you feel safe and protected.
Throughout the session, Eliana guided my thoughts, my breathing, my mind, part of which was like a guided meditation, which led me to visualise better than I usually am able to. I'd woken with a sore back on the morning of the session and without knowing this, Eliana said she felt I was holding pain in my bladder and back! WOW! This is via a zoom call by the way and not even face to face!
