Why I Created This

 

I didn’t create this from theory. I created it because I couldn’t sleep.

For a long time, I was waking up in the middle of the night…heart racing… with my thoughts spinning…already dreading the next day.

I tried everything that’s supposed to work.

Breathing techniques. Sleep routines. Forcing myself to relax.

 

Nothing touched what was actually going on underneath.

It wasn’t until I stopped trying to “fix” sleep, and started working with what I was feeling in my Heart, that things finally began to shift.

That’s what this method is built on.
